What We Do
A playdate is a type of unconference where educators get together to explore technology in a group setting. Unconferences are participant driven meetings for lack of a better term. The agenda is created by none other than the participants.
During a playdate, participants tweet out their learning to inform other participants about the learning that is taking place in different spaces. Participants are free to move from space to space whenever the urge strikes. If the exploration takes participants down a different path, feel free to create your own breakout space with your colleagues. The idea is to follow their curiosity and passion wherever it takes them. They just have to share their findings!
Color Preferences
We would like this logo to be a fun one, really speaking to the autonomy of this type of development in education. Any colors or a combination that convey that is good with us, as long as it is easy to read.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
This Play Date Ed Camp is happening during ASB Un-Plugged, our premier technology and innovation conference. This is a 2 hour session during that conference. We've attached a starting place for our logo that we think is simple, we would love for someone to add to this.
