#1... How can we integrate and emulate a going green logo with a plastic coupon, or the end to paper coupons
13 years ago

Another idea may be to somehow integrate a credit card into the logo design.

Blockbuster has a credit card in the shape of movie ticket. The PlasticCoupon needs to be in the shape of a unique credit card... something that will stand out when the cardholder keeps it in their wallet. Maybe all sides except the top all square? Maybe in the form of a coupon? Maybe the PlasticCoupon card could resemble a coupon that's torn out of a newspaper?

Any thoughts?

Logo Designer
Hi ! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank and re-rank a variety of designs to get a variety of new entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked in the top 10. We like to earn points.

~~ NOTE: While in JUDGING mode, ONLY the designer ranked in 1st can still submit revisions.

The slogan should start off very light green in color and gradually increase to dark green... as in going-going-gone green.

Perhaps someone might design a credit card in the form of a mailbox (like blockbuster's credit card looking like a movie ticket). Imagine someone pulling a tree out of their mailbox... that is how many unwanted paper coupons are stuffed into our mailboxes.

Our mission is to help save trees by providing shoppers with a PlasticCoupon that will never expire, and will forever remain in shopper’s wallets, not in their trash cans like unwanted, expired paper coupons. Soon, PlasticCoupon cardholders will be able to visit their favorite retailers, swipe their PlasticCoupon at the register, and receive whatever instant gratification that paper coupons were intended to offer its shoppers!

I encourage all contestants to visit our website www.PlasticCoupon.com and ready our mission statement. I believe this will trigger inspiration to such a level, that it will propel your imaginations.

As we know... the amount of paper coupons we receive in our mailboxes daily is unimaginable. What a waste of paper!

CAN ANYONE COME UP WITH A LOGO OF A PERSON PULLING A TREE OUT OF A MAILBOX?

Good Luck,
~Sebastian
