We map, monitor and tweek a personalized plan to incorporate all 4 of these essential points for clients to their goals in fitness realistically within their life and lifestyle.
I only want 3 max ideally 2. But I'd like to see options of both.

I want to drive the point that all 4 elements (nutrition, hydration, training and recovery) are equally necessary to achieve optimum health and fitness. Also you don't have to use these exact words. Could be a synonym meaning the same in their place,
Or some catchy slogan or something like: Drink Up. Train Up. Eat Right. Sleep Tight.
