i appreciate the personalization aspect of the app. I tried to portray the clean before image vs. the edgy after image within the application...or the use of. hope you like it.
Thanks for these entries -- it's a very cool design. Two concerns, though:
1 -- Is there something other than a polaroid we can use to convey the "paper" idea? It's a bit cliche, so if there's anything we can do to take it a step beyond that, that'd be awesome.
2 -- The "gothic" nature of the font is a bit extreme. Not sure if that's the best way to go? It's very cool, and I love how it "bleeds" into the bottom of the icon, BUT, our app won't likely be very gothic. "Edgy," yes. Gothic, not so much. Does that help?
Thanks for these new versions (#163, #614). I like the new font, but want to get away from pink. (I like how you added some subtle shading to "finish" also). It's obvious you have a knack for fonts! :)
Not so keen on the face image. My first thought was that it looks like Sarah Jessica Parker...not quite the connotation we're going for. I guess the polaroid wasn't specific enough, but the face is too specific?
