What We Do
We deliver a uniquely effective style of movement based strength training, personalized to help people of all fitness levels attain the stability, balance and flexibility they need to be highly functional in life or sport.
Please note: though my name is registered in this LLC, I prefer not to see my name as the bold part of the logo. It should be understated if anything. The word 'Strength' could be bold and upper case letters, while the word 'Motion' evoking fluid movement.

Color Preferences
I love color, but limit this logo to 2-3. Red, green, white, blue, black and orange (line or outline) all work for me.
I'm serious about training and expect clients to exert a high level of intensity, but I instill a playful attitude as an educator and advocate of proper human movement.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
The method of training I employ is referred to as "free motion" training, which is based upon moving the body as an integrated whole, i.e. under one's own power utilizing various hand-held equipment like resistance bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, regular ropes, heavy ropes, jump ropes, fixed straps like the TRX, dumbbells, barbells, etc. See the following websites for examples of the type of training I do here:
www.bodyweightcoach.com and www.monkeybargym.com and www.fitnessanywhere.com
When you train at my facility, you have my undivided attention.
Examples of logos that I find simple yet attractive are www.lpga.com
www.bodyweightcoach.com
www.fitgolf.com
The FIS (International Federation of Skiing) is the governing body for all Olympic ski and snowboard associations. Many of the logos under the FIS are attractive abstract line drawings. Having said that, profiles (of the human body) also work.

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank and re-rank a variety of designs to get a variety of new entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.
