#3 is my favorite of the three. I prefer the design of the P in this one as well as the font for the name.

This one is definitely growing more and more on me. Can you submit another version using different colors? I like very strong colors and purple happens to be one I don't like. How about dark blue as one?

I like it a lot better. These colors work well for me.

#122 has been very well received as I've actively polled others. I'd like to see it on a dark background as well just to see how it works using other colors. Any other variations are welcome as well, just to see what opportunities exist to tweak it.

here try to improve the plane icon and and try with different colors.As you can see my logo works well on dark background, in one color and it's strong to stand alone without text
