Is Pepsico looking for brand makeover (update) or a whole new look.?

and in repsonse to Scott's question.
First, thank you for your first designs

To clarify a couple of questions
1) I work inside Pepsico Foods Canada
2) No we are not looking for a brand makeover
3) I don’t need any reference to Pepsico Foods Canada in the logo

What I am looking for:
1) I am looking to inspire a team of about 100 supply chain people who work moving our products across Canada
2) The logo is only for our kick off meeting in January – it will be the logo we have up on the screen when people come in to the meeting each day, after each break etc. We may put it on pads of paper as well etc
3) I want to open peoples minds up to the un tapped potential they have and that their business unit has. (possibilities is the word we chose to put on the outline but maybe there Is a better one you have)
4) I want people to change open their minds to the possibility to be the very best at what they do
5) I want them to work on Breaking Through their current paradigms

i've updated my rankings this morning
some great progress in the last 24 hours
Here's why i ranked the submissions the way i did
1) no reference for Pepsico Foods Canada
2) design ranked 1st - clarity - 1 word and 1 visual (the rainbow) - i really like the use of one word with one picture - i would like to see more options - maybe using inspiring pictures (as the visual) of breakthrough feats
3) design ranked 2nd and 3rd - 1 key word and 1 statement - and i really iike the creativity of including the human on the letter "I" and Letter "y" - i also like the creativity to find a better word - i don't think Strive is the word, but i am open to any word that challenges the status quo and current thought limiting ideas.
5) design ranked 4th - 1 word and 1 picture - similar to item ranked 1 - but visual doesn't convey message of breaking through to greatness - good start though

you folks are making this very difficult
what an incredible selection of designs to try and rank
i have tried my best, but i could choose anything in the top 15 and frankly be very satisfied.
18 hours to go
i am hoping you can see more clearly now what i like from an energy and style standpoint
the visual is starting to become more of the message but the word is not being drowned out.
i can see people coming to our meeting and being very inspired by the image and THEN digesting the word "Possibilties" and saying to themselves
"Yes, i do have a lot of potential left, the possibilities to excel are right in front of me"

Second, i have ranked the whole body of work and am ready to move to the final Five stage
