Our Ideas & Additional Information
Again, it needs to portray the idea of a ratings/rankings/value system that can be historically tracked as well as provide up-to-date information on the current value. Using the idea of pegged, as in where currencies are "pegged" or utilizing traditional stock market lines/graphs is not required but may be useful.

Thanks for the submissions thus far. We like the ideas with the stock line incorporated into the logo. We’d like to see the stock line incorporated into the name, such as running through the Pegged name as a strikethrough, or above or beneath it. Other interesting ideas would be to have the actual Pegged letters curved to match a trending stock market line. Additionally, we added two terrible sketches which are ideas we initially had concerning our logo. Please take components of these sketches into account as possible logo ideas. DO NOT limit your sketches to these ideas, they are just further possibilities. New and creative ideas will receive higher ratings and catch our attention. Thanks.

We like example #1 as well. Try changing the bars that are intertwined with the "P" to a green color (associated with an upward trend) and adding intertwining bars to the "D" going downward with a red color (associated with a downward trend). Keeping the P and D letters larger and in caps (perhaps other letters small caps) than the others may add for a cool effect, but is not necessary. Also, try incorporating the "stock market line" into the sketch, perhaps running directly through the center of the word going up and down (NOT like the uploaded photo where the line goes through the entire word)....but this may be too busy and the look will be cleaner if no stock market line is incorporated into this design.

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ After your contest closes it will enter Judging phase. You can re-rank designs in Judging.
~~ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions

Just another quick suggestion to keep the logos as vibrant and web 2.0 as possible. The entries so far are great but have been a little on the bland side. We want the logo to stand out. Thanks!

Once again, we like the concept incorporated into #11. However, we would like to see some entries expand upon this style of design (i.e., making all the letters in caps, making it more artistic, more 3D looking). Thanks for all the entries so far and keep the entries coming!

NOTE: We are not only interested in the above discussed style. New and novel designs which we, as uncreative non-designers could not come up with, will receive attention as well and are extremely encouraged.

Attention all designers:

The newest entry, #30, possesses more of the "3D" look we want to see. The design is not 100% of the way there though. Keep submitting new entries that develop upon this design aspect.

Thanks.

Hey everyone, thanks for the entries so far!

We like the logo in #26. It would be nice to see some entries that expand on the "P" in that logo... maybe incorporate the big P into the full name or making the P more 3D or making the P stand out in a way that is unique/catchy/web 2.0.

We also like the new and unique designs, such as #36. Keep the new styles coming!

More designs like #43 and #25 are encouraged. We like the simplicity of these designs. Suggestions on improving upon these designs:

- Try to make them more refined/cleaner looking
- A more bubbly look to the letters could be interesting (similar to the letters of the google logo)
- The stand alone P is a very good idea. It would be greatly appreciated to see new designs furthering the P as the main icon (with volume bars next to it like in #25 or including another stock related element) with the word pegged underneath.

Thanks again designers!
