We’re a real estate investment company focused on renovating and reselling single family homes in West and Southwest Michigan, United States. We also acquire and hold some real estate assets such as rental properties, vacation rentals, and plan to move into some commercial real estate. Our target audience is a mix of investors whom we aim to attract investment capital and distressed homeowners whom we serve by buying their often neglected properties for cash.

As our name suggests, we’re driven by redemption, a phoenix rising from the ashes, being a “wayfinder” helping others find the right path to freedom and relief from their unfortunate situations.

While we have very little color preference, we generally prefer the associations with blue, green, purple and black.

We’re generally wide open. We’re inspired by the idea of the mythical Phoenix and by serving others as a “North Star”, “wayfinder”, “pathfinder”. We own and manage a variety of real estate assets (homes, vacation rentals, buildings, etc), so we don’t want our logo/brand to be overly specific to one aspect of real estate. We are not excited by the overused and stereotypical “houses” and “buildings” that are ubiquitous in the real estate industry.
