We’re a real estate investment company focused on renovating and reselling single family homes in West and Southwest Michigan, United States. We also acquire and hold some real estate assets such as rental properties, vacation rentals, and plan to move into some commercial real estate. Our target audience is a mix of investors whom we aim to attract investment capital and distressed homeowners whom we serve by buying their often neglected properties for cash. As our name suggests, we’re driven by redemption, a phoenix rising from the ashes, being a “wayfinder” helping others find the right path to freedom and relief from their unfortunate situations.

We offer premium eclectic vacation rentals/short-term rental homes in west Michigan (often known as the “mitten” due to its geographic shape).
