What We Do

We are a master-planned residential housing community. Home buyers, home builders, and the general public are the audience. The predominant tree in the area are live oaks and so Concepts including trees should represent this.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

This is what we are using for the marketing of the 1st phase of our project

In addition to providing home sites we will be providing a large park, pools, and other amenities as well as places to eat and shop. This is family oriented development connecting with the environment. The entire project is over 1,000 homes

Another link to give a sense of the community (all of this is a work in process - waiting on a logo!)

Please reference colors pallets: #17, 48, 49 are the ones we like. https://www.canva.com/learn/website-color-schemes/

We are building our brand personality and aiming towards either "the caregiver" or "the innocent" archetypes.

Look here - https://mapandfire.com/field-guide/brand/

So if you see other pallets or have color ideas that portray those ideas of inner peace, promise of paradise, safety and caring, that would be great.

Let us know if you have questions.
