First idea. simple, strong, reliable - i used the single orange element as a suggestion that others can use that which you've already created and make it their own, so-to-speak.
Steve, we really like #99 and the two other similar ones. It's simple, it translates well onto other mediums. I'd like to see something for the web with more depth to the graphics, maybe a drop shadow on the text. Also, we would like to try it with the top three hexagons different colors. I like the concept.
I think I'd like to see #104 without the graphic at the top (just the P6R in the box) with the Project 6 Research underneath.
We're not fond of #102. Can't really pin it down as to why though.
re #171 I try always to design text with a view to readability at-a-glance (and scalability) - notice how easily it reads - especially the 6... In any event, I'll experiment a bit and post whatever looks good:)
Btw, are you wanting to draw specific attention to the P and R ? I'm seeing in some of the entries the suggeestion that you're a Public Relations firm with that emphasis and I think that's not your intention.
You are correct, we are not intending to draw attention an any particular letter. It seems the 6 is most often set off from the rest and I don't really mind that.
I really like #213. I'm trying to get some more feedback on it from others as well. I like the colors and the fact that variations of it transformed to black and white still look good. #208 is much closer to what I was envisioning with that concept.
Let me know if it needs tweaking:) And, btw, I'll be happy to provide a zip package with iterations of my designs for b/w, reverse, 3d with effects, flat colour, etc...Cheers, Steve.
Steve, The "R" is perfect. We would like to see how it would look with the graphic and the text made the same height. And also with the "Project 6 Research" being the same width as the P6R above it. Also maybe a subtle mirror fade effect coming from the bottom. I think we are really close with this one.
