Client

Design #1 is on the right track. Not sure about the tree design, but may grow on me. Like the idea of some kind of symbol. Also, don't need the reflection in #1.

#4 is ok but almost too simple.

I like the font in #5 but it almost looks to me like a film studio's logo.

Still digesting the color in #3.

The colors in #2 and #6 are not quite what I want.

Forgot to mention about #1: It's "Oxford Property Management." Also, our legal name is "The Oxford Property Management Company" if that helps you be more creative.

#7 is way off. Looks too much like the Target logo and a bulls eye.
#8 Looks good. Maybe a little too modern. Think Regal and Traditional with a modern sleekness.

To all, maybe think about old English and Roman with modern influence. Again, strong but sleek.
You guys and gals are awesome.

#10 Looks really good. May explore more use of the cross.
#11 Is just ok. Not sure I like the font and the placement of the property management wording. Remember, either use "Oxford Property Management" or "The Oxford Property Management Company"
#9 is too plain.

For a couple more ideas: We like the idea of some kind of symbol or crest. Think Templar or Roman.

#12 and #13 Don't really like the windows
#14 Like the idea. Maybe use something other than a circle to surround the logo. Also, replace the fleu de lis.
#15 and #16 I like. #16's font I like better. Could you maybe try encasing all wording inside the shield?

#19 #20 and #21 Bullseye Bad. Also, think darker greys and black.

Hey Silks, if you had such a problem with my designs, why didn't you just tell in the first place instead of waiting until alot of time on those designs? I mean you even copied the roots idea, and went to the admin. Come on dude. That was kinda low. This contest is getting more complicated every day.
