The background should be white. No strong opinions about colurs but a black, red and green logo should work well. The colours must communicate with a mature audience, so don't overdo them.

"Oven" is the most important word in the logo, as this is the name of the place. The secondary part, "leir og konferansesenter", means "camp and conference center".

The place is located on an insula, near the beach, so the logo may very well contain elements associated with the sea (seagulls, sun, waves, etc).
