Sebastian, that is a most impressive portfolio! For Entry #1, let's try the fonts you used in Zakupiec.pl and Essential Benefits Group, LLC and the gray/blue color scheme in VDH Solutions GmbH & Co. KG. Instead of the OPS design, let's try an psi showing a motion effect (italicized and/or streaking). To make the O, P, and S stand out, how about putting them in a different font or color, or bold or italicize them.
Sebastian, for #2, I like the way the text looks and lines up, but I want to bring the psi out a little more and reduce the boundary, try a different boundary for showing motion. My contest ends tomorrow. Thanks!
No worries, Sebastian. Thanks for the new submissions. I like the new concept with #27 and #28. #29 really conveys the motion concept, but the animation starts to detract from the cleaner corporate security look I need. Entry #2 conveys that corporate look better.
Thanks for the variation. I like the OPS aligned and bolded (#31) over the PSI (#33 and #34). I like the new psi symbol in #31, will debate between that and the other selections.
What if we tried merging #28 and #31? Use the italicized psi of #28 and complete circle border and swish of lighter blue of #31? We can use the same, but try 4 arrows instead of the 2 in #28? And keep the dividing line in #31.
#60 is more of what I'm looking for! Can we add the text-symbol divider line from #31 and bring the gray text a shade darker? After those changes, can we see what it looks like to bring the swoosh tips tighter together?
For #28, can we use the circle border from #31 instead of the arrows? But close the circle. It would keep the psi from #28, but use the border from #31.
Will #63 work if we move the swoosh tips lower, coming together toward the base of the psi instead of the shoulder? Take #62, leave the large ends in place, but bring the tips closer together toward the base of the psi. One version could have them touch with the base os the psi, another can have them come together at a point at the base, but not touching the base. It's a clean design. It looks sharp.
Thanks Sebastian. You were right, the original design with the three lines separated works better. You did something interest with the blue backgrounds in #61. I like it, but I thought the angle of blue separating line conflicted with the swoosh. Are there other ways to use the contrasting blue backgrounds to enhance the design (for example, have swoosh ride in on the dark blue wave)? I think the rest of the design is set with #62.
Thanks. I'm going to think about the background for a bit. They look good, but one doesn't stand out from the rest of the group as "the one." I defer to your expertise and graphic eye if you have any other ideas on using the blue background.
Ok, I had a consult with the real boss (my girlfriend). #94 is the preferred background and layout. She recommended going back to the lighter gray font because it makes the darker OPS pop out better. So let's make that last change and we're done. Thanks!
