I like the idea of the icon standing alone, which could be powerful in marketing materials. The "1" in the icon is a bit confusing and maybe could draw more on the idea of a bridge and waves characteristic of the two cities.

Here is a round compass emblem I came up with as an alternate option!... :)

Added in some pops of green accents!...

We can easily update colors on the fly too, as needed. (Perhaps to emphasize placement in one city or the other?)

Here is my idea for the logo design for the new One Climate Future brand! I think something very clean, bold and easy to read is the way to go here—you don't want to get too cliparty or complicated with the imagery. Also, this icon can stand on its own anytime the entire logo will not fit or suffice! :)

Take a look when you get some time, review with others, etc., and we can go from there.

I look forward to any thoughts you might have, and will gladly provide swift revisions as needed.
