Example 1 is a great start. Would like to see something a little more complex and make the theme more prominent. This is a logo for a conference, so the theme needs to be a little stronger. I apologize if that was not clear in my contest brief.

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation.
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

1st place - 50 points
2nd place - 20 points
3rd place - 10 points
4-6th place - 5 points
7-10 place - 3 points
10th on - 1 point

Bluberri's example #13 are totally in the right direction. I am wondering if emphasis on the theme "together with Passion and Purpose" could be stronger with imagery or possibly text. The feel, color and spacing is right on. Love this feedback process. You guys are awesome. this seems like fun work!

I just had another conceptual thought that might capture my attention. I definitely like the modern people figures, but I also can envision a handshake or maybe 4 hands connected at the wrist to make a square or circle. Just a thought, not sure that is what i want, but could be interesting. similar styles as my top ranked ones, clean and contemporary
