Yay, I was able to open the stacked version EPS file in Adobe Illustrator and export it to SVG. Maybe just try resending the side-by-side again (either AI or EPS)

I tried opening the eps file (side-by-side version) and Adobe Illustrator said, "The file nexul-academy.eps is in an unknown format and cannot be opened". Did you export that from Adobe Illustrator, and if so can you just send the original .AI file?

I have the side-by-side and the stacked versions of the logo in .jpg and .eps formats. I don't have an .eps editor/loader. I am looking for an .svg extension file to supplement (Scalable Vector Graphics). Can you make this kind of file?

After all the polling, this design combined with the horizontal version, is a clear winner.

Can you submit a version of this logo with the slogan going all the way across the bottom of the company name, like in the horizontally stacked version(s).

The design is interesting, and symbology is like a mentor helping a team of 3 students. Nice.

But it loses detail at 32x32 inches (icon portion), while #85 still looks good at 32x32.

The X is the focus of this logo. I like the raised hand emphasis. I could see that being the portion used as the favicon. Another font may be better.
