Color Preferences
We'd quite like something with a blue/green theme, although I don't want to be too restrictive with that. If you feel you have something that works and it's a different colour, I'd be very happy to see what you have to offer.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Our building has a fairly distinctive shape which could be incorporated into the logo. I have attached a photo of it - also something I came up with when I was playing around, but please feel free to completely ignore that! The initials NEC could work quite well within the logo.
It would perhaps be good to have the Cross of Christ as a prominent part of it.
Again, I don't want to be restrictive, so if you feel you have something that works I'd love to see it. Thanks.

Hi there, thanks so much for the designs that have been submitted so far. There are clearly some very talented people out there!
Most seem to be largely based on the rough design I came up with, and thanks so much for making that concept actually look good! However, I've now deleted that from the images as I'd like to see something a bit different. The photo of the church is still there for you to see if you feel incorporating the shape of the building works well, but please feel free to just be creative. I'm pretty flexible on colours too. Thanks :)

Another reason for deleting the draft I'd done is that I feel that concept is potentially a little too 'corporate', and it may be that something a little more 'friendly' would work better. Thanks again.

Hello everyone - thanks so much for all the designs that have been submitted - there's some real variety and a great deal of quality! I'm in work at the moment so am unlikely to get the chance to provide a great deal of specific feedback until a bit later on. Thank you.

Hi everyone. Thanks again so much for all of your designs - it's been really thought provoking and I've had my mind opened to lots of different possibilities. I think we're settling on the idea of having the roofline of the church building incorporated into the logo - that seems to work well. Any other ideas/designs are of course welcome. Please feel free to have complete free reign over colours and styles. I think the main thing has been trying to strike a balance between professionalism and friendliness.
Thanks for all your input, it's really appreciated.
