What We Do
Our organization trains principals to evaluate K-12 educators.
Audience:
Our goal is to expand beyond Missouri into other states nationwide.
We serve Public, Charter and Private Schools.
Secondarily, we also work with researchers and policy groups to share our data
Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents of schools primarily make decisions to purchase our products and services.
Competitive Advantages:
Affordability because of our non-profit status
Online based
Superior, continuous training
Online Library for Professional Development
Rubrics are more quantifiable and measurable (actual number between 1-7, not meets expectations/doesn’t meet expectations)
We measure what the students are doing, results of instruction rather than what the teacher is doing
Color Preferences
Yellow may be a secondary color. It may or may not be in the logo but the logo color needs to compliment yellow.
We would like our primary color to be muted blue or muted green with a base color of grey. Can use blue, green and yellow together.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
We go by NEE and this can be used in the logo in conjunction with the words Network for Educator Effectiveness. We would like to have our full name in the logo.
We would like an icon but are open to something abstract or realistic. We would like to stay away from checkmarks, apples, books, pencils, paper, and magnifying glasses. While the tool is an evaluation instrument it is meant to be more than a checkmark.
Icons that symbolize growth, movement, and direction would be ideal. Our evaluation system is designed to grow teachers.
We want to use more modern fonts that are sans serif. Nothing too trendy due to a slightly more traditional audience.
