Maybe a green closer to hex 3A7C59

The E treatment is cool, nice touch. Could we try this color for the blue hex 34637B?

Can we remove "simple powerful" on this one as well? The two sides of the icon are E's aren't they? It took us a while to figure that out but we really like it. Is there a way we could make the "E" in the icon more pronounced? Possibly a boxy "E" or just making them a different color, maybe the Es on the name could match them? Don't know just brainstorming here. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

This is super cool. Can we see it with the colors flipped? Possibly just for the words of maybe the whole thing? Perhaps it's just that the blue in this one is a bit dull, we like a bit brighter colors. And possibly on that flipped version make Educator Effectiveness green? One last request, can you remove "Simple. Powerful"
