Color Preferences
Super exclusive luxury brand. Final Decision on Colors - A box (my partner likes Rechtangle, I like square) that is 410 C Pantone color'ish, and then Fastpencil emblem we like in Gold/Mustard Yellow 4495C? and other part of emblem in 484C? something rich in red like the Cartier Logo...Please let us know if there are any questions.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
We do, but we want to see what you come up with. We STRONGLY feel that any emblem should be in the top CENTER, not left or right, which always looks off center on profile. NO CANNED OR STANDARD LOGO CLIP ART, this is truly a unique brand.

we are looking for TRULY high-end, classic designs that will make it easier for people to remember Neoteric Luxury, especially "Neoteric." We have tried many avenues and have not found the one logo that really pleases us: think extremely high-class, durable, and very unique and different LUXURY outdoor furniture. It should immediately tell you, :this is a high end brand, expensive, but worth it!

Is there any link for us to see what you are making? Thx.

Yes Mare, thanks for asking. By the way, great start, I see that where you were going with the emblem, although it looks like a C or Pacman from far away...:) Wondering if could abstract this more, and make the Warm Gray pantone and darker mink Gray in the background. Like the font you used. We were strongly leaning towards Didot

Go to NeotericHome.com click on Catalogs and download either link. You will see that we have a logo for Neoteric Home (High End Residential) and Neoteric Contract (High End Hotels, Design Firms, and Purchasing Companies). The goal is create one name: Neoteric Luxury.

We didn't want to provide preconceived notions other than the colors that were listed, however, here is what we were thinking:
• Neoteric on top line, Luxury underneath (with less emphasis on Luxury) - Didot preferred or super modern font like Vienna (like Hotel Gansevoort uses, but a little hard to read) - Super black almost silky type
• Tagline: Outdoor Furniture Collections
• Could be housed in a square or rechtangle - primary color s/b the warm gray - We are really looking for a rich, mink gray tone (not the colder grays)
• The emblem above should be smaller than the type.
• Imagine looking up at a trade show at a huge banner with our name. The name should stand out and what we do: luxury outdoor furniture collections.
• We had an emblem above...how do I attach it so people can see?

Thanks again look forward to seeing some revisions

Ok, thank you everybody for the entries. We are looking to go down the finish line today...we have ranked the logos...at the end of the day, we are very picky and have uploaded what we like....please help us finish this. We have uploaded two logos that we have done ourselves and like...see pictures, and new color descriptions. We need your help we are not graphic artists...Again, everything should exude class and elegance...

THANKS SO MUCH....look forward to seeing the changes.

My partner really wants a rechtangle logo, with the Mink Gray/Brown as the background, white or taupe beige type, and the emblem in 2 colors - red as in Cartier Logo red (classy, rich, deep) and mustard yellow (almost gold, but since gold in hard to print...) Fastpencil is at the lead but partner likes designers4lead spotlight effect on box graphics...Guys, please change to colors accordingly. Like the way Neoteric Luxury is spaced in Charles Sels design... We are ready to give the award to whomever finishes this now, the way we like it!!! Please complete so we can move on. We also like what Mare came up with but we prefer the Fastpencil emplem (esque) Thanks so much!

And the Winner is...
GOLD We are announcing the winner as Vuelta !!!!! Congratulations we love it !
(a few more tweaks to the type placement should do make it final)

SILVER We also really loved Fastpencil, who inexplicably withdrew today...We are still giving a very close second to Fastpencil, with or without image. Tarima Kasih

BRONZE Vielen Dank Bordo, for jumping into the game at the twelth hour. I really like your use of lighting and colors.

Thanks so much especially to offbeatdesign, loyal Charles Sels, dziners4web, mpnh, Mare, peachdz9 and all the others who have contributed.

Please stay in touch as there are always ads to be layed out, business cards, etc etc. Now we need to redesign our website....

Warmest Regards,

Martina and Steve Reisman
