Our Ideas & Additional Information

we are rebranding our organization. previously we were the New England Clean Energy Foundation. We are now the NECEC Institute. We want to maintain design language in the logo with that of the New England Clean Energy Council, as we did with our prior New England Clean Energy Foundation logo. (see attached logos). We do not need exactly the same treatment, but want the connection to be obvious to a casual observer

Colors are generally correct. Would love to see some ideas that add a few more design elements. The logo doesn't need the word institute - maybe just an "i" or play with both features? How about a 4th bar that is an i? In the council logo (and the old foundation logo) there are letters that connect between the top and the bottom, consider playing with that also?

Thanks? I really appreciate the vairiations. Our team will select a final version this week. Delays may happen as we've got a major hurricane supposed to hit tomorrow (Monday for us) but we will try to get a final selection quickly.
