Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
Thank you for the early entries. They are excellent. We are also looking for logos where the word "National" would be in all or small caps, with a large N and L with "Conflict Resolution Group" contained under and within the N and the L--I don't know if that makes sense or not. As an example, the way "Nationals" is used in the Washington Nationals major leage baseball team logo.
Thanks for the entries, Tegs and Waeve. I'd be interested in knowing your thoughts behind the different logos you created--why did you choose the logos that you did, what do they symbolize, etc. This will help me in discussions with my partners.
Thank you all for the designs. We'd like to see a variety of fonts used. And, the product needs to be able to be displayed in black/white as well as in color. Designs that are more on the sophisticated side of things are important to us. Thanks again.
#14 and #18--we like the use of initials for the group, we think #14 looks a bit militaristic--would you please provide other entries with different fonts?
We are concerned that some of the font sizes for "Conflict Resolution Group" are too small--we think it would be difficult to view is placed on letterhead or business cards.
#65 uses a maze icon that forms the initial N. It's composed of two facing brackets, representing the conflict, they are placed in equal position, that symbolize impartiality. The red dot is a symbol of being able to go out of the maze. In this case, the conflict being solved.
To let everyone know, we just extended the deadline by 2 days. We like a lot of the designs, but one of our partners isn't available to make a decision today so we are extending it.
One of our partners has asked for logos that incorporate what he describes as legal symbols: scales of justice, a column (for example, a greek column), etc. Thanks in advance!
