#16 gives an impression of balance and justice. The two arrows pointing to each other denotes a conflict between the red and blue but how they are positioned shows fairness and settlement- thus forming the letter "N"-an initial of the company. The outer circle is an enclosure for the two conflicting parties that symbolizes confidentiality and the company's responsibility in settling disputes.

This is a sheet that has been form to a letter "N". The sheet is a symbol for legal documents. It has two sides -representing the two parties of conflict. The enclosure represents the legislative power to settle the conflict.

#65 uses a maze icon that forms the initial N. It's composed of two facing brackets, representing the conflict, they are placed in equal position, that symbolize impartiality. The red dot is a symbol of being able to go out of the maze. In this case, the conflict being solved.
