My Sous Chef is a SaaS-based, subscription service utilizing both a website and integrated app to aggregate the restaurant preparation process with Product Standardization and Recipe Management, Mandated Health Compliance (HACCP) and Production Analysis and Information Retention.
Our Target Audience:
In general any operation that prepares food.
More specifically titles for interested users would be Chefs, General managers, COO's, Owners, etc.
Anyone who is concerned with the daily order of goods to be prepared, with recipes and the need to print labels for food rotation and keep all that information in the cloud for analysis and compliance.
