I would suggest using the balack/grey border only for the band, the remaining colors will standout on a white background.

Our final choice in concept and we just want to make a run a band design. The WIFI icon tells a story. Try some ideas on how the band relates to the hat. Can the Black color from the logo border the hat; grays possibly. We plan to use both the hat and the word-mark separately. Great Job!

We tried. I think its an idea not worth it. Lets come up with a Band and call it a day. This will be on a white chef coat so the band needs some definition.

The font and word-mark work. Colors great. Just not in love with the hat band be it a band or a cloud thing. Can we try a few other ideas?

Sure.

The balls work great. The band needs to be a bit flatter on the top somewhat like #24 so it still feels more like a hat. It a subtle thing but I think it might work.

In this design i have used a brighter white than the rest of the design for you to consider.

Also i have tried the use of colors on letter 'U' with white space in between the bars and #141 has no white space between the colors.

This cloud band is slightly longer in height than the other, just to give you an idea of how it would look.

You gave us logo and word-mark we can use in different ways. All together and separate. We are a cloud based service. Can we try and make the hat "Band" have a cloud feeling. In regards to the lettering we like the this one without the utensil. However, we see the "U" as a pot. Using the same colors as in the hat can you put six colored balls in the "U".

A different font, which center aligns the words without resizing.

Justified at the center.

The hat feels right. Was not sure going into this what was to come but your idea has brought both a logo and a word mark. With that said; any other ideas on the "my sous chef" I like it but wonder about the "my" in script and do we justify it or stack it (centered)

Nicely done. I like the colors. I think I prefer the one with the taller hat but maybe a slightly bigger band and not some much flaring. Not a straight stove pipe like a real chef hat but a bit in between
