The new logo should NOT have MPM within the logo. It should spell out the name Most Precision Motion and then have the official tag line integrated as well which is the "Superior Ball Screws | Excellence in Design & Manufacturing" tag line.

We are relying on your (Logo Designers) to approach creatively.

You can see our current website here = http://www.mostprecisionmotion.com so you can learn more about what we do. But the entire website that you see now is going to be completely redesigned -- and this step (getting a brand new logo) is the first step in the collective redesign process. Again, note not to use the MPM acronym and please spell out the Company Name.

In addition, please see a zipped file of a few key photos that shows you what a Ball Screw looks like as well.

please remove that link ALL CONTESTS are BLIND and you should not be showing designer logos. there is a reason for blind and that is to prevent designers from ripping off other designers.

We understand that you do not want MPM that is not a problem and include tag.

For the question of "do you want devices to be part of the logo". Do you mean the actual ball-screw seen in the images - do we want potentially that screw to be part of logo? If that is the question, then that actually sounds interesting and yes to integrate some sort of ball-screw (as seen in the zipped file of images or from old/current website) as part of the logo - that might be creative! Thanks for the thought.

Overall = great work everyone so far! Love clean, sharp, modern, fresh logos with creative icons/abstract marks going on.

Overall = it's hard to say exactly what is #1 yet. If we had a way to rank and say that we sort of liked all of these, then that would be better as we haven't seen anything that we love yet, but they are all creative and seem to be on the right track forward. So I'm just noting that overall even though what you see in #1 position (as of January 19th at 6pm EST) that it is not that we love that one the most -- but just that there is no way to say we just like these - so for now do not be swayed by what you see in #1 too much- even though, if anything, we are liking the ones in the upper rankings, but not loving anything yet - but all seem to be getting better little by little and or feel free to bring in new creativity too!

this is a difficult project because the company name is long then add the tagline which is even longer, The technical issue is readability. the design you ultimately choose should not have tiny tagline text that is hard to read on screen which would translate to small typeface on business cards.

Eliminating the MPM is a great start to reduce the clutter. If I may would the company still be referred to as MPM?

Hi Scott - We hear you on the benefits of the MPM being leveraged. We still like the full name though. I've checked collectively as well with the team on going back to MPM, but it seems like so far that spelling out the name is key. I'll round back if confirmed, but full company name for now is still the way to go. Thanks for your additional thoughts on this one.
