A New Salt Girl for the 2009 Morton Salt University.
Based on my studies I've created the following concept: 1. The Salt Girl - She's now in her teenage - More appropriate for university studies than a 9-year old. The dress is also modernized and adopted to the age.
2. Salt Girl is pouring the letters S, A, L, T from the canister - Representing the knowledge of salt. Canister is imitated to look like the 2009 table salt product. 3. "Mortage Salt" font is an imitation of the 1958 enamel sign letters 4. The "University" font is a bit more modern that the old 60' college/university font 5. Both fonts have outlines in white and blue to fit on any surface 6. Mortage Salt - Blues and Yellows 4. All graphics and letters are hand drawn from the base up - No copying/tracing of existing graphics.
