It is actually Morton Salt old "When it Rains it Pours" girl.
See here: http://www.ahorre.com/entrepreneur/pricing.htm

If it's OK with Morton Salt to reuse it, it should not be a problem, right?

:-)

Like I said, if the logo is owned by the client, then a contest/contributions into the contest are considered as remake of an existing logo. In short; all designer can use it in the contest to make improvements/adoptions.

However, just tracing it in Illustrator and polish it wont do. Not to my standards anyway. Some personal thoughts has to be put into it to make something new... at least that's my philosophy.

Good luck!

The CH will need to supply the vector version of the logo after they select a winner. The winner will need to replace the bitmap version with the vector....or The CH amy simply be using LT as a staging ground and may do the final work them selves and designer supplies the additional elements...who knows..,good luck to whom ever wins
