I like the way the text is arranged. Maybe try something else besides periods separating the slogan. And something separating the graphic and the slogan, like vertical line(s).

Can you add the slogan and play around with colors for the slogan (feel free to experiment with separating the slogan phrases, either using periods or any other device you think look good). Is it possible to make this a more linear design that works for business cards, letterhead and other marketing materials. I really like the graphic.

I like the scales of justice, just not that one....could you try for a different illustration style on it

Like the font and colors. I would like to see the icon to the left, reflecting a more linear view. I like the style and artistry of the imagery, but not the actual image. Maybe more judicial, than governmental, e.g. scales of justice
