Based in Montgomery, Alabama, the Montgomery Volunteer Lawyers Association recognizes the barriers to legal aid that exist for low-income community members and seeks to alieviate this problem by providing free legal counseling and other legal services to qualifying community members who are unable to afford an attorney, with an overarching goal of ensuring equal access to justice for all people.
