We love #46. Could you adjust the size of the tag line and make it the same size as in #45, please.
Could you try to "highlight" the "Centrix" part slightly by adjusting the type face, making it a bit more bold than the "Grand" part. (You can see what we mean in #1 and #22.)

#48: The difference between "Grand" and "Central" now is a bit too hard. Could you try to make a bit more subtle?

Also, could you try flat style, so the 3D image without the slight rotation and shadow, just to see how that looks like?
