Mobile 1UPLogo Design Contest

I tried to pick up the existing logo and give it a modern yet retro-look.

entry #148 - finally someone is trying to do something with the mushroom instead of a round head; is that a mascot i see in creation from the pda and hairstyle? possibly give it some legs and promote the "mobile 1UP" brand (please try alternative/bold fonts).. i see a hint of gieco insurance gecko type mascot.. sanding to the side of the mobile 1up brand..

question is; can you do it in time? :)

i see some retro pda dude mascot.. with a 50's hair cut, standing next to his retro hotrod car (aka: mobile1up)
- can someone say the fonz?

give me some red, some hotrod feel.. if we are going retro - go all the way back to the 50's!

Nice idea but not feasable in that time frame sorry :-)

how much time would you need? you were the first to go somewhere with the concept. pity!

Maybe 2weeks and +$100.

Anyway, I updated the logo, made the left hand coming out of the "e" and fixed some minor graphic issues. if you are interested it comes in 3500x2800pixels eps.
