could you try without the .com and maybe with an alternative font? i think this style/concept could get interesting fast.

Thanks a lot for your comments. Nice to be bumped up to No .4. :) I'm posting another one with an alternate font set sans the ".com". I'll see if I can dig up some other suitable fonts to go with this concept.

entry #84 hits the spirit of what i am looking for.

if your are selected as the winner i would like to have the mushroom element separately.. could always use a mascot! so don't throw it away just yet - keeping in mind the mushroom may have legal ramifications :( please tell me the mushroom ornaments on entry #84 are layers that we can turn on/off - depending on what the artwork can be used for.. the RGB color set is truely retro.

i've moved the logo variants out of the main selection - but i want to let you know i didn't do it because i think they suck or don't match, i need to create a filter for my jury :) your a definite finalist in the competition. well done!

entry #84 - what about a straight "mobile" instead of with the curve?

i am thinking; if we turn everything off; how does it look with just "mobile" "1" and "up" effectively.. i like entry #84 as web logo and desktop background - but if i was to make a cap/hat - may have to reduce to the words only. i can see through the bells and whistles; so you don't need to post separate versions..

I took away the bloat and curve on the word mobile and basically cut the power on the whole thing. The only effect is the transparent duplicates of the number 1. It doesn't look too flattering at the moment, but it should give you an idea of how it will look in its most stripped down form.

perfect, can you add the effects back to entry #100 that was on #84? :) with that - it'll be a great submission. :)
i could have easily pictured it as this with the effects as well :) effects are going to be important for web/desktop :P cheers :)
