Discussion

Potential customers have a tendency to look at the "MNI" and think that it is spelling "mini". We appreciate any ideas you might have to make it clear that it is "mni" not "mini". Our existing logo (you can see at http://www.manufacturersnews.com) uses lower case letters. We also tend to prefer "fatter" fonts.

Thanks to all the submissions so far, please keep them coming. As you can see, we really prefer logos where the "M" the "N" and "I" are very clearly different letters. We are not in favor of a design where the M, N, and I are squished together. Some of the logos in lower case look good, fatter fonts, and curvier fonts tend to look good (but we are open to ideas on this if something looks better). Please remember, MNI is a provider of a business information database. So we want something modern, sleek, and high-tech/cutting-edge. Thank you.

Definitely taking a liking to the fatter, rounder fonts.
