Looking for a classic but modern logo that would compliment my real estate style

I love to row and would like to get sculling oars in there along with some type of House symbol

I like 118 better with the 4 pink squares as the dot
Blades should face down
Any way to cross cross the blades
Real estate should be more modern and letters spread out more along the bottom
