I think the MJ should be Blue and maybe Agostini in Gray and a bit smaller
like the real estate at the bottom
need to add the sculling oars maybe behind the house with pink blades?

How about the house being one peak and one window thats a palladium window, look at a picture of a Federal Colonial home and you will see the eliptical so more a historic looking house. I like the windows being gray as in 32

In 42 can the roof line be more square like a historic house? flat roof
and put the real estate under the line
