Our Target Audience:
Primarily foot traffic (front window of bakery), but we will have an online presence as well. The bakery is in an urban setting in a restaurant row - most customers will have a relatively high income bracket, high level of education, and will span age groups.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
The logo MUST be round (circular) due to signage limitations. The inspiration for the name comes from our Great Pyrenees puppy whose name is Molly, but that certainly does NOT need to be incorporated into the logo. Simple is good. We will sell calzones, cheesecakes, hand pies, and other specialty desserts. Somewhat Italian-inspired.
