I prefer #12.
You definately got the simplicity thing! but perhaps a little too simple. Though I like the 3D look.
I think I said somewhere I prefer the logo to the left, however now I see some more logos, I am changing my mind (left or top is OK, seems to depend on the logo).

I'm not too keen on the font.
