Movement it's very good, but I think is better focus on mill, for instance. The mill has a lot of references to movement, wings, circle on top of "i"

About the icon: search on google about "mill logo". Maybe you could play with the mill, wings and movement. You don't need be literal (showing the body).

It's retail, so you can to do a association between a tag and the wing mill.

one tip is try to search reference about windmill, for instance. It's a kind of mill.
