this icons make no sense for me.
The reference that I posted was to show one brand that works using differents colors. Some times the logo changes the color too

Try use 2 font family: with and without serif.
About the icon: search on google about "mill logo". Maybe you could play with the mill, wings and movement. You don't need be literal (showing the body).
It's retail, so you can to do a association between a tag and the wing mill.
