Although it is relatively simple, it fits well with your existing brand/identity. Same helvetica-esque font, and same colors, but with a subtle glow—since you are ONLINE.I will post other ideas as I finalize them. Thanks for your consideration.-Jake(This comment references Entry #1) 15 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer Here it is as a one-color white logo, to match the aesthetic of your name.(This comment references Entry #2) 15 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer This is kind of a random thought, but did you ever consider buying any alternate URLs? The reason I ask is being able to navigate to michaelhyatt.com, just by typing in mh.com, would be pretty cool/convenient.Just a thought!(This comment references Entry #5) 15 years ago Michael Hyatt Client Thanks for jumping on this so quickly. Here are my thoughts:#1: I'm not sure I like the gradient. I think it looks like a cloud is overhead and casting a shadow.#2: Clean and simple. I think it would fit nicely. I wonder if we could get away with another font.#3–#6: I tried to buy the mh.com domain, but it is "invalid." I guess they don't allow two-letter domains. Having said that, I really like #5 and especially #6. I think #6 could work all by itself without the ".com" part.Good work! 15 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer Thanks for the quick feedback, Michael. I will see what else I can come up with, and will post other options later this weekend. 15 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer Here is that last logo you liked, but without the ".com".(This comment references Entry #36) 15 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer Here is a full layout for you to see how it would fit with your current logo. (And then it could still stand alone, when you need to use just a crest.)(This comment references Entry #43) 15 years ago Michael Hyatt Client I like #43 a lot. I would only pull the size of the crest down a but so that the top and bottom margins fit the ones on the type.Your design has really helped me clarify my thinking. I like the idea of a crest that can stand-alone when I don't have room for the whole logo. It will make a great favicon, too.Good work! 15 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer I was actually debating the size issue myself, and trying to decide if I liked it better with the crest bigger or at the same height. Now, you can see which you like better in a side-by-side comparison.(This comment references Entry #55) 15 years ago Michael Hyatt Client Thanks. I like this. I am just debating whether the rectangle should be a talk bubble or not. 15 years ago GoodGuy Design Logo Designer See if this is closer to what you had in mind... I will be gone from now until about 9:30pm central tonight because of my ball game. I can be on then, if any more adjustments need to be made.Thanks.(This comment references Entry #280) 15 years ago
