Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.

~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ After your contest closes it will enter Judging phase. You can re-rank designs in Judging.
~~ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions

Thank you for your submissions! Entry #1 is nice and clean, which we like, but it looks very similar to another firm's logo. Entry #2 is not quite what we're looking for. We do not want a character in the logo. As far as color, we would like to see entries with our current colors (red, black, and grey) as well as suggestions from the artists. We like the look of slate blues and greys more than the oranges and yellows that are typical of our industry. Also, we would like to see logos with our initials (MCC) incorporated. Thanks again!

I like the color combinations in #4, but we do not want an abstract symbol. We would like our initials - MCC to be the focal point of the logo. Also, the font used is a little too curvy and bland. Finally, these designs look very similar to those of companies that we currently work with or have worked with in the past and we need something original. Thank you for your revisions!

We like the use of the MCC in numbers 20 and 19. We would like to see it a bit more chunky or "manly" looking however. It would be great to see variations on the 3D effect. Also, after we choose a logo, we have to submit it to our corporate office and there might be some objection to drastic change. Therefore, it would be nice to see some versions of our current logo, but a much more updated modern look. Please include "Since 1975" as well. We really appreciate all of your submissions!

Thank you for all of your submissions! We are getting close to the end and we need to really narrow it down. We really like #48, but we would like to see a 2nd C, make the first C more visible, change the font to something more block-like and closer to our original, and add "Since 1975." #36 is also interesting, and we like the 3D appearance. We would like to see the MCC incorporated though and change the font. Thank you again!

It is really important to understand that our initials are MCC, not MC. It stands for M - McClone. C - Construction. C - Company. We would really like to see another version of #48 with another "C" that is on the same plane as the first M and C. We are also interested in #89 but would like to see the "M" on the same gray scale as the "M" in #59 and the "C" in red instead of blue. As far as font, we are leaning toward the layout of the our name in #99. Another idea is to keep #48 pretty similar, but stack 2 "C"s on top of each other where the original "C" is and put our name out to the right like in #99. Thank you again for your submissions!

I have asked client to clarify the reason.

We were unable to find a logo that specifically meets our needs. We are interested in #48 and #89 but please see comments above for changes we would like to see. We like the positioning and font of our name in #99. To the other designers, we would really like to see our current logo, found in our attachments or at mcclone.net, updated and made more modern. After seeing the variations in color, we would like to stick with red, black, and grey as our company colors. We really do appreciate all of the submissions and will be very active with responses and suggestions. Thank you again to all of the designers!

Feel free to remove the wedges from the top of the MCC in our current logo and show different perspectives of the 3D appearance. Thanks again.
