United Nations colors (light blue and white)
with country-specific colors on lapel pin like objects below it.

Something United Nations flag colors looking with something looking like those military lapel pins below it.
We need two versions of this logo, one for the global community (MAST), and then a variant for specific countries like MAST USA for the united states.
So maybe a simple MAST logo on the badge, but a place below (the award stripes) where the word USA or FRANCE can be slotted in the in that are the colors of the flag of that specific county.
This is a big international organization, so it has to look like that. Big and important and doing good things and global.
