Welcome! I try to tell your story without overkill. To many rooflines are hard to see from a distance and to few are not enough to separate you from the others. I try to keep the design simple, yet somewhat unique as well.
I too like the simpleness of the 3 gables but bright colors that pop. After much debate and talking the our compliance broker-its seems like we're going to need to be called "Martin Home Group" as realty is getting a lot of people in trouble with the ga state commission. Our tag line will be: Let us bring you home. That's why I guess we are falling back with the houses.
Ok, what we would like to see is- in #75: more contrast in the rooflines, change "group" to Team, any landscaping you'd like to add, a version with square windows just to see what it would look like. Thanks for the above-helped us decide on logo name (which is where we've struggled)
Again, I recommend simplicity even in the landscaping. The more detail, the less it will be remembered. It the way our minds work when visualizing images. Think Nike, Apple etc. Its the simplicity that stands out.
Your industry is dominate by its signage. Keep the image clean and tidy, and the eye will focus on the signage more.
I am traveling today...I will make any changes this evening when I arrive. Even if the time has expired the top ranked designer can continue to make changes. So bear with me.

Sorry, didnt get your evening email or I would have written sooner! No problem though. 1 final tweek-#108 with a gradient change in the red roof/soffit color like #93! Then I think we have it!!!!!
How does the new logo differ from #93? It looks so similar-what we're looking for is #108 with a roofline color that starts lighter at the top and gets a shade darker at the soffits like #75. We will be using in coordination of the kw logo which has the lighter/brighter red and it doesnt have to match but we dont want it to conflict either. It will say KW with the right color red!
I like the darker one (#109) when standing alone. Matching the KW logo may be easier with #110. I generally send multiple color variations after the contest anyway, so your welcome to both colors schemes. One through logo tournament and the other via private email after the fact. There is no cost for the color variations post contest.
I know you must be frustrated too but we still arent completely happy with the roof color. Can you make the top and bottom colors more contrasting? Like the example #75 where it starts out brighter red and ends up almost black or dark gray at the bottom. We do see that it is different this time, just not to the degree we are looking for! We would like to get this finalized and choose today if you have time! We love the design, just the color factor now! Also, in applying this to many different background colors, will it show up as a block (white with logo) or will it apply over any color with the logo features only (house, text etc)? Brenda

Also. We can get you transparent files after the fact that will go on any background. The required eps/vector file we send you will do that....but will require special software usually only owned by designers, print/sign/web shops to open. Those services require the eps/vector format... I can send you transparent photoshop files that can be used and opened by you. I'll just forward those to your email after the fact. (no charge for the files)
Thanks for everything-just hit the "approved" button although I couldnt open the first file -eps? It said it was damaged. Can you tell me what is in this file and also send over the "knockout logo" / illustrator file so our web people can finish our new website?! You mentioned 2 versions of that-1 we could use with our software and then the ones that designers use. Can you also provide on black, white and colored backgrounds (red)?
