Color Preferences
We want gray (a steel tone) paired with color (s) that has modern energy and creativity: red, orange, bright green, medium to ocean blue. Open to others but those are what we like to date. Some black and/or white also welcomed if well-placed.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
Current logo is found on our existing website, which will be completely reworked once new brand is launched. Dislike the "wings" and motor sports feel of current logo. Company name will remain but want it to reflect our vision for being a cutting-edge, modern firm with roots in creativity. Would consider "MT" in some graphic form too. Must also be easily reversed out (for apparel or other uses) and translate very well in grayscale or black and white, but it will primarily be used in full-color.

Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
#1 I don't like the font - looks a little too high tech and computer-based. Although I do like the use of our brand essence under the name and if that box wasn't above the "mar" would like the symmetry and balance. The gray and green look nice together. #2 Again, don't like the font and would prefer all upper or lower case but the use of the long top of the "T" has potential.
#3 and #4 are my favs to date. Really like the consistency of type and the lower case type of #3 is good. Would it be possible to take the top of the "t" and extend it over the top of the name? Like taking the "t" from #4 and putting it in #3...and it would end at the "h" without crossing over. I really like the way our three word brand representation is represented as well in #3.
Again - thank you so much for participating in our logo tournament. Your time and talent are appreciated.
So far #5 is our favorite in look and feel, although we would prefer a deeper gray like #14 but without the "reflective" qualities. Also want to drop the orange and focus on blue and green as accents. Have also decided a 2-color logo is max, but will be the foundation of a wider company palette. #13-15 look a little too computer/data based. We like the blue hue/tone in #15 and the way our 3-word tagline is reversed out in a block underneath the company name. Lastly, would like to see only logos on a white background and no reflection or shading on the type itself. Thank you everyone!
Still pulled to #5 and its versions...would like to see an "MT" that reflects that style and feel in case we have additional applications for just an image. We have narrowed in on preferring the medium gray v. steel gray and while liking the green or blue possibilities, we have one person here that wants to see some options with red.
Again, great work everyone - look forward to additional creativity!
We like #52 for the way the "MT" has been represented. The gray is a little dark though and we like the "martech" in all lower case. Think we'd like it also all bold and then the "3 words" are light typeface. Nice entries - thanks!
As I look at the field, the simpler ones are becoming our favorites. Lower case for the "martech" and upper case although smaller point size for the "3 words." I still prefer medium gray - not as dark as some are putting forth - and am leaning towards a tan/orange or green hue as contrast color in ket locations on logo.
I've yet to see the MT in a way that really speaks to me though from anyone. But #54 and #55 are getting there. Again, simpler and yet distinctive. The color placement in #55 need to be reworked though or some shading added.
Specifically love Gothic Bold, Helvetica and Copperplate fonts. San Serif typeface but not so technology looking or computer/engineer based. Timeless, classy and sophisticated.
I have extended contest two more days - love the creativity and we look forward to the final round of entries.
Please see newest rankings. My team and I will be reviewing today and give final input shortly. Would like to see #5 and #86 get married and have a baby. :-)
