So far, yours are leading the pack! I like seeing the darker gray but have to say I think the lighter gray of #5 is better. Can we take the green to more of a chartreuse or celadon and the blue closer to Pantone 292 or a true sky blue. One other option I would like via # 5 - extend the cross of the "t" all the way across the top ending at the "h" but the horizontal line should still allow the vertical line of the "t" to slightly emerge so it's clear its a "t." Don't know how you'd treat the "r" then but would give some balance to the top. May not like in the end but would like to see it and have the "t" carry the color. Also, instead of putting the 3 brand words in a block, have the dots between also carry the color and leave as just type on white.
