Shaking hands is a symbol too much used. The logo should contain also the text "Making abd Saving deals". The logo should be elegant and professional like a big consultingg firm or Harvard University. One variant will be also with the text "Training Academy"

M&SD stands for Making & Saving Deals. The development of the world, of our communities and of our lives depend on making deals. Although we do not always realize it fully, we negotiate constantly about everything and with everybody. Just imagine the enormous impact on your life and our world if you and everybody else would learn how to prevent conflict and to negotiate better. Even if we would just improve a little bit. We believe passionately that in all fields of life by increasing the skills and the capacity of making new deals and saving the existing ones, each one can be better off and ultimately change his or her piece of the world. An increase of wealth and peace – both at an individual and in a community or a State level - is based on day-by-day use of deal making skills. In order to achieve this we're building a clearinghouse that offers knowledge from the world's most inspired thinkers and doers on negotiation, conflict management, mediation, decision making, positive influence, conflict prevention and other related fields that can help to reach and maintain long standing better deals.

The "Glocal" mission statement of M&SD: Make available and understandable in local markets the best, cutting-edge know-how on every aspect of Making and Saving Deals, regardless of where in the world each element has been developed.

#1 and #2, I don't have specific comments right now, beside my first two. I would like to see more and different ideas. Bear in mind that our clients are usual sofisticated managers from large corporation. One font of insipiration for us - in a different field - was www.ted.com. Like TED mission we woud like take and spread the best know-how on making deals and - of course - sell consulting and training courses. Thank you for your effort, it's a good start.

#2 and #3 I am not sure about the meaning of the symbols. There should be around the concepts of: growth, avoid loss (very powerful), long lasting relatioships, meetings or negotiations, results, training.

All proposal are very nice, but we are open to receive new ideas.
