Knowing the Maryland and most of all, Baltimorean sports tradition «I am spaniard, but I studied at the Maryland Institute College of Art and lived there for a year» it just comes to my mind the enthusiasm, energy and tradition from the locals to their teams. Also, the migratory birds are a part of Maryland history, and now they are part of both Baseball and Football teams. That’s how the raven gets into the emblem. The emblem resembles a traditional ball-like emblem but modernized by its playful, bright and yet classy display of colors.
